How do I pay?

19FIRE sends messages via SMS and email. Total Fire Ban notifications can be received via email alone or both email and SMS. Fire Station Alerts are sent via SMS with email as a backup delivery channel. The SMS messages are charged on a pre-paid basis at $0.25 per message (including GST). Unused credits expire after 6 months. There are two options to top up your account balance.

Instant top up using PayPal

19FIRE has linked up with PayPal Australia to offer a fully automated payment option and can be used to top up your 19FIRE account in an instant. Log into 19FIRE using your mobile number and PIN. Select the 'Top Up Account' option from the menu. On the next screen select how many SMS credits you would like to purchase and press the PAY NOW button. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal site to complete the transaction and the amount will be automatically added to your balance. The credit card details entered on the PayPal site are used by PayPal to process the transaction and not shared with or stored by 19FIRE.

Bank deposit

You can also top up your account by transferring money to the following account (Minimum amount $5.00 please):

Bank: Westpac
Account Name: Cybernaut Pty Ltd
BSB: 033-139
Account Number: 10-0824
